Part Time Customer Service Representatives

REPORTS TO: Line Manager
LOCATION: MKC, MCI, and IXD
SHIFT: PART TIME

POSITION SUMMARY

• Assist line personnel with fuel orders.


• Process fuel tickets and balance fuel sales.


• Answer telephones and monitor Unicom/Airenc.


• Arrange catering, hotel reservations and car rentals.


• Greet visitors.


• Responsible for cleanliness of reception area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Read, speak and write English


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid drivers' license with good driving record


• Must be able to work flexible schedule


• Basic computer skills
