Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (SUS)
LOCATION: Executive Beechcraft SUS
REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance
Position Summary
- Perform repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance on aircraft systems using FAA approved or acceptable data, and aircraft manufacturer specifications with limited supervision.
- Able to locate required information in aircraft maintenance manuals, parts catalogs, wiring prints, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, etc.
- Possess adequate personal tools to perform assigned tasks.
- Assist with aircraft movement in hangar and on ramp.
- Perform other job tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area.
- Properly maintain and care for company furnished special or precision tools.
- Able to communicate as necessary to receive and understand assignments.
Requirements
- Read, speak and write English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A&P License or 3 - 5 years experience on piston or turbine-powered aircraft.
- Experience and training on Hawker Beechcraft aircraft.
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
- Able to work on elevated platforms and ladders.
- Able to work in confined space.
- Able to work overtime with minimal notice.
- Familiar with use of personal computers.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Follow established company policies and procedures.
